How hypnotherapy works
I have made a short, two-minute video describing how hypnotherapy works, what problems it can be used to treat and what to expect from your first session. For a deeper dive, I have also made a longer video below and also videos on specific issues. Please contact me if you would like more information

Claustrophobia
“What’s the problem? Just get on the train!” One of the biggest problems that people with claustrophobia face (and this is sadly true for many of the phobia’s), is that other people just cannot seem to understand the problem. This can make the person suffering from claustrophobia feel that there is something wrong with them, that they are a burden to others or that they need to hide how they are feeling. If you are feeling this way, why not give me a call?
Hypnosis for children
When their children experience challenges in their life parents rarely think of turning to hypnotherapy - yet hypnosis can be a wonderful (and highly effective) way of delivering therapy to children! To the child, it simply feels as though they are being told a nice story, yet contained within that story can be a powerful message to boost self esteem, deal with bullying, stress at school, phobias, habits and many other things.
I have worked with children for over twenty years. I'm always happy to give advice if you wish to consider hypnotherapy for your child. To find out more, watch the video or click here to visit my child therapy page
